Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, securely pack the bangles in their original box; our courier partner will perform a quick surface check during the pickup process.
Reverse Pickup
We will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 24-48 hours of your request being validated by our team.
Refund Processing
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
